Exterior - Cornices

Exterior cornices are decorative features found under the eaves of a roof or at the parapet of a flat roof. These are similar to our mid wall bands except that the mid wall bands have a slight fall on their top edge to encourage rain water to run off them. Our exterior cornices have all got a 90 degree corner at their top edge so that they can butt tightly against a soffit.
